WESTCAT

WestCAT is a service of the Western Contra Costa Transit Authority, which provides local, express, and regional transit service to the cities of Pinole and Hercules and the unincorporated communities of Montalvin Manor, Tara Hills, Bayview, Rodeo, Crockett, and Port Costa.

WestCAT operates 8 local fixed routes, 4 express routes to the El Cerrito del Norte BART station, 2 regional routes (Route 30Z Martinez Link and Route C3 serving Contra Costa College), curb-to-curb Dial-A-Ride service, ADA Paratransit service, special transportation outside the WestCAT service area for seniors and persons with disabilities traveling into the Richmond and San Pablo areas, and express transbay Lynx service from Hercules to the San Francisco Transbay Terminal.

All WestCAT vehicles are wheelchair lift equipped and WestCAT service is in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. If a disability prevents you from using the fixed route system, please call (510) 724-7993 for an ADA application.
